Anything’s
Possible

01 / THE MISSION

Every mile
means more

A supported, solo attempt across the southern route of the American Discovery Trail—built around showing up, moving west, and proving what determined people can do.

The expedition begins at the Atlantic in Delaware and ends at the Pacific at Point Reyes, California. This HQ will bring together the route, the public Garmin position, trail-crossing coordination, and practical information for the people helping along the way.

02 / LIVE POSITION

Find Daniel on Garmin

During the expedition, the public Garmin MapShare link will be the live source of truth.

Visitors will come here first, then tap through to Garmin to see the latest inReach position and adjust crossing meetups when the day runs early or late.

03 / ROUTE OVERVIEW

Atlantic to Pacific

The direction and major regions are settled. The exact trail line and road-crossing schedule will be published from the final GPX/KML route—never approximated.

04 / TRAIL ANGELS

Meet him
at the crossing

The best support is practical—and human.

Trail angels will use the route schedule and live Garmin position to meet Daniel safely at designated public crossings. Some stops will be quick. Every one will matter.

Coordination opens after route verification

Crossing dates, windows and safe meetup points will appear here once the exact track is published.

01

Water

Cold water and planned resupply at a confirmed public crossing.

02

Food

A fast handoff that keeps the day moving without slowing the record pace.

03

Company

A few encouraging miles, a quick hug, a shirt or an autograph at the crossing.

04

Timing

Check Garmin before leaving so an early or late arrival does not become a missed meetup.

05 / SPONSORS & DONATIONS

Back the miles

Two kinds of support keep this expedition moving—and each has a clear purpose.

Sponsor the expedition

Daniel is seeking sponsors to help support his family while he is on the trail. Sponsorships fund the practical reality behind a roughly 5,060-mile, coast-to-coast effort.

Pledge by the mile

Every donation is a per-mile pledge benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and goes directly to the hospital.
